Personal and Group Training
Personal training is a one-on-one training session tailored to meet each persons individual need and goals. They motivate you and make sure that your time spent here is safe, fun and most of all effective. Personal training is much more than someone counting reps, its motivational and educational. No matter who we are and whatever fittness level, everyone could use and extra push.
FITT Principle
Frequency, Intensity, Type & Time Jessica follows a principle called the FITT principle; this is why fittness is always spelled with two T's! The FITT principle comes from the American Counsel of Exercise, this is also where Jessica has received much of her training.
Frequency- Jessica recommends that everyone reaches their target heart rate "AT LEAST" three days per week, 20 minutes per day . After your initial meeting she'll decide exactly what your specific needs are based on your goals.
Intensity- Your intensity level depends on your specific needs and goals. Jessica will help you figure how intense you should be working.
Type- You decide! Tell your trainer your goals, and she'll help you reach them!
Time- No time...No Problem! A little bit of time is better than nothing! Of course, whatever you put in is what your going to get out!
All training packages come with a full fittness assessment valued at $60.00 A fittness assessment consists of body fat analysis, circumference measurements, weight, cardiovascular test, flexibility test, and upper and lower body strength test. This gives you a baseline to assess which areas to improve and initially sets your fittness goals. A one on one interview with your trainer will also assist in setting specific fitness goals. You get the attention you deserve and make most out of your time! Don't guess what exercises to do..do it right, let Jessica help you!

Group Training
We understand that personal training fees may not be in everyone budget. Group training is a way that you can receive the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Group training starts with a one-on-one meeting with your trainer that access your needs, she'll tailor a program that will meet your need and then, let's get to work! Group Training times vary, call and ask what group training times are available for your schedule! This cuts the cost of training in half, literally!
