We are not your ordinary gym.....we have fun, make friends, drop pounds, play games, work hard, sweat buckets, dance on chairs, swing on poles, dig, spike, set and serve in the sand, surf on boards, hike trails, do down dogs, headstands, run far, bike long, swim like fish and get strong like the HULK......NAMASTE!
