Text Box: Having trouble getting motivated to hit the gym after a long hard days work?  Try these great motivating tips:
Always have your gym bag packed and ready and IN YOUR CAR.
Make sure you have a up to date schedule in your bag, on your desk or anywhere that will encourage you to come in and take a class—keep it in your face!
Commit to at least 20 min - then once your 20 min is up you’ll probably stay for a little longer, because you already feel so good!
4)  Imagine the disappointment you         
      would feel if you don’t if your  
      goals have not been met.                         
Imagine how good you feel when                you realize that your goals have been met
Reward yourself with a treat after your workout - NOT JUNK!  But maybe a hot bath, a healthy snack or something else that 
Meet a friend or a training partner to help encourage you to come
